Leon RUBINSTEIN, the founder of Bizneos, has had over 20 years of experience in bringing new products and services to markets for big corporations and SMEs, by applying differentiation positioning as compared to existing products or services.
Before starting Bizneos, Leon was a partner at Normart, a Paris-based investment bank boutique.
Previously he managed a seed fund and an incubator for Xerox Europe. Two new businesses in the UK and France were launched under his leadership.
Leon has experience in managing business growth as well as turning around company operations. |
He has worked in Western Europe, US and Israel and also lived in Eastern Europe and South America.
Leon holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a M.Sc. in engineering from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Leon RUBINSTEIN serves as Vice President of a local business angels association - Lyon Angels.

| | Catherine SIMON has over 20 years of operational experience (Sales & Marketing, General Management) of launching new activities with medium-sized companies.
Before joining Bizneos Catherine has developed her own consulting practice for two years.
She advised start-up companies on business development activities as well as more mature companies on new growth development.
Catherine was also instrumental in the business development of a new activity for a French toy manufacturer, in the international development of Infogrames – Atari Group, a global electronic games player, and a brand redevelopment for Lafuma, a global sportswear enterprise.
Catherine is particularly involved with innovation and creativity issues of business development.
She regularly participates in international conferences and collaborates in the development of new business tools and methodologies with other practitioners.
Catherine offers business innovation courses for French business schools and Electronic Entertainment Industry institutions.
Catherine is an ardent believer in the enterprise value creation through management practices that place people at the center of their processes.
Catherine SIMON holds an MBA from EM Lyon business school and a Master degree in organizational psychology (Consulting and Coaching for Change) from INSEAD (France). |
